The episode follows , Daryl Dixon, T-Dog, and Glenn Rhee as they return to Atlanta to retrieve a bag of guns Rick dropped in a previous episode and to find Daryl's brother, Merle.

As the two groups prepare for a violent standoff at the Vatos' base, it is revealed that the base is actually a nursing home . The "gangster" persona of the Vatos was a facade designed to protect the elderly residents they were caring for after the staff abandoned them during the outbreak. Rick ultimately shares some of his weapons with them. 4. Vatos
