In the mod for The Sims 4 , "WooHoo Crabs" is a simulated minor illness (STC - Sexually Transmitted Condition) that characters can contract through unprotected intimacy. Condition Overview
: A Sim can use a computer or a phone to "Check for STCs" under the WonderfulWhims menu to confirm the infection.
: Sims with high "Pue" or hygiene-related traits may be more cautious. Checking a partner's health status before intimacy is the only sure way to avoid the moodlet without protection.
: Sims have a chance to contract "WooHoo Crabs" when engaging in unprotected WooHoo with a partner who is already infected.
Sims do not automatically know they have "Crabs" without taking action. You can manage the condition through the following steps:
