Steamclient64.dll

Go to your main Steam install (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam ). Copy Files: Find steamclient64.dll and tier0_s64.dll .

Place them in your dedicated server's binary folder (e.g., .\Binaries\Win64\ for many Unreal Engine games).

If your game or Steam client won't launch because of this file, use these standard repairs:

Right-click the Steam shortcut and select Run as administrator to ensure it has permission to access the DLL.

If the file is missing from the main Steam directory, downloading a fresh installer from Steam Support and running it over your current installation can repair the core files.

Server hosts often need to manually copy steamclient64.dll to fix connection or crash issues when the server's redistributable files are outdated.

Right-click your game in the Steam Library > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files .
