Set in the 1980s, the film follows (Gippy Grewal), a struggling singer, and his musical group. Frustrated by their lack of success, they rely on shortcuts and "jugaad" until they find success with a new duet singer, Sohni (Neeru Bajwa). The group travels to London, where they win a massive lottery but promptly lose the winning ticket.
