I found the file on an old animation forum's FTP server. It was simply titled Looney_Tunes_missing_files.zip . As a preservationist, I thought I’d stumbled onto deleted scenes or production pencil tests from the 1940s. I was wrong. Looney Tunes missing files.zip

I haven’t finished listening to this one. It starts with the classic theme, but the "stutter" in Porky’s voice doesn't stop. He repeats the first syllable of "That's..." for four minutes, increasing in volume and desperation until it sounds less like a stutter and more like a person choking. Underneath the voice, you can hear what sounds like heavy breathing and the distinct mechanical clicking of a 35mm projector—but I was listening on digital headphones.
