: Right-click your MP4 file, select "Open with," and choose Clipchamp (or "Photos" in older versions). Use the "Split" button to isolate your desired piece.
: Open your MP4, go to Edit > Split Clip (or press Command-Y) to break the video into segments. You can then delete the pieces you don't need and save the remaining part.
